By accessing, downloading, or using the Thikana mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Thikana provides a technology platform that connects users seeking hostel accommodation with verified hostel owners across Lahore, Pakistan. Thikana is not a hostel operator and does not own or manage the listed properties.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the platform.

To book a room or list a hostel, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at shaanfts@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

All bookings are made and confirmed exclusively through the App. Payments are processed via approved payment gateways operating in Pakistan. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive both an in-app and email confirmation.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Policies page. In summary: refund requests are accepted within 3 days of booking, and cancellations can be made anytime from the App.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Circumventing Thikana to book rooms off-platform after discovering them through the App.
• Using the App to harass, discriminate against, or harm any user or owner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its services.

The Thikana name, logo, designs, illustrations, and all software are the intellectual property of Thikana Technologies (Private) Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thikana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, interactions with hostel owners, or the condition of any listed property.

Thikana strives to maintain accurate listings through its verification process but cannot guarantee continuous availability or error-free content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
